BSM V Wingrave 6-6-24 Friendly

Today Tuesday, 6 of the ladies went to Wingrave for a friendly game of bowls. What can I say It started to rain quite heavily so Wingrave ladies said we’d have a cup of tea before the game started. After approx half an hour the sun appeared so off we went. We played one end and then down came the rain again so in we went for another cuppa and cake this time. It was agreed that it wasn’t worth going out again as rain was heavy so we left there approx 4 pm to come home and find no rain had come to Bletchley. That’s bowls for you the only winner today was the weather.
